Contest conditions

Rules of the Competition Organized by POKA PREMIUM Equipment
1. Organizer
The organizer of the competition is POKA PREMIUM Equipment, operating under the name POKA DETAILING Radosław Marzec, with its registered office at ul. Kolista 25/210, 40-486 Katowice, Poland, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 6342566044.

2. Participation
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over.

Completing the competition is contingent upon compliance with all competition rules.

3. Entries
Entries submitted after the competition closing date will not be considered.

We are not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to technical reasons (e.g., internet problems).

4. Technical Rules
The participant's Instagram account (or other designated platform) must be public. If it is private and the organizer does not have access to the entry, the entry will not be accepted.

If a specific hashtag is required, failure to do so will also result in the entry being disqualified.

5. Prizes and Winners
Winners will be notified within 14 days of the competition closing date, including through:

a separate social media post (profile tag),

a comment under the entry,

direct contact using the information provided (if applicable).

If the winner does not respond within 21 days of the first contact attempt, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner without any liability to the original winner.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits and are non-transferable.

6. Organizer's Rights
The Organizer reserves the right to:

use the winners' names, surnames, likenesses, and recordings for promotional purposes (if you do not consent, do not participate),

verify participant details and the eligibility of entries,

disqualify participants who violate the rules,

withhold the prize if it is determined that the winner does not meet the competition requirements,

change the rules or cancel the competition at any time without providing a reason.

7. Disputes
All disputes regarding the competition will be resolved solely by the Organizer, and their decisions are final.

8. Personal Data Protection
Participants' personal data will not be retained after the competition ends.

9. Social Media
The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform on which it is promoted.

Participation in the competition constitutes a full release of these platforms from liability.
